Order Processing and Fulfillment:
Please include contact information with your
order so that we may contact you with any questions.
Our goal is to have your order arrive to you
quickly with 100% accuracy.
Please note that charges to your card will
appear under the name Hathmore Technologies,
LLC.
We strive to process orders within 1-3 business
days, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Returns/Exchanges/Damages:
Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
Please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY. Any
defects or damages MUST be reported within
5 business days of delivery date. Any defective
or damaged merchandise that is returned for
inspection must be properly packaged. DYO® Kits
and Hathmore Technologies, LLC will not be
responsible for any further damages due to
improper return packaging.
Unopened products may be returned for a refund,
less a $10.00 per item handling fee, within
30 days of receipt of the product. Shipping
charges on non-defective merchandise are not
refundable.
Please call Hathmore Technologies at 816-224-5550
for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns
will not be permitted without an RA number.
Shipping charges incurred by the customer for
returns on damaged or defective items will
be credited upon inspection and approval of
the return. Replacements will be shipped via
UPS ground service only.
Privacy Notice
We do not send out unsolicited email or "spam",
nor do we sell or give out any information
that we collect unless required to do so by
law.
Our Web server does not recognize or store
any personal details of visitors. We do collect
the e-mail address of those who communicate
with us via e-mail, aggregate information on
what pages consumers access or visit, user
specific information on what pages consumers
access or visit and information volunteered
by the consumer, such as survey information
and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal
review and to improve the content of our Web
page, to customize the content and/or layout
of our page for individual consumer and used
by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes;
it is then discarded.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from
us in the future, please contact us (via e-mail,
phone or in writing) saying that you do not
want to receive e-mail from our company.
